At the risk of being negative, I thought it was pretty uninspiring. Hardly worth going.

It was packed out yesterday evening after the Market Place lights were switched on. Overall everyone seemed to be impressed.

There was one negative point that I noticed and I am sure that will be addressed. Litter was everywhere because the bins were overflowing with empty food and drink containers.

The only other problem was parents with huge triple decker buggies blocking the walkways.

Talking to some of the traders at the Christmas Market i wonder how many will be there for the full period. Several said that they are only there for 2 weeks.

I overheard one other conversation which seemed to reflect my own feelings. There were very few stalls but a there was a very large beer tent. Nice photo though.
