Cat flap burglaries in Newbury - Small burglar or large pussycats?

Between 3pm on the 6th December and 11.20am on the 7th December a property in Pound Street, Newbury was burgled. The offender(s) gained entry by forcing the rear cat flap. Laptops, jewellery, cash and DVD's were stolen.

Overnight between the 7th and 8th December a property in Barn Crescent, Newbury was burgled. It is believed that the offender(s) gained entry via the cat flap and used the key that had been left in inside of the rear door. Car keys were stolen before a white Volkswagen Coupe was taken from outside the property.
