An 18-year-old man from Staines and two men from Surrey aged 38 and 44 were arrested on Monday 30th June. The arrest relates to an incident that took place in Oakley Road, Newbury at 12pm, on Monday 23rd June in which three men fraudulently acquired a large sum of money for unnecessary repair works to a chimney.

The 18-year-old has been released on bail until 12th August, the 38-year-old until 13th August and the 44-year-old until 11th August.
